Twenty five Secret Sisters were revealed on October 18. The evening was filled with many hugs, much laughter and great stories! Everyone is enthusiastic to receive a new Secret Sister, so we are getting started again right away. Won't you join us this time?
Each month a different group sponsors a family fellowship event.
These events are open to anyone in the community -- contact the church office (585) 586-6870 for details.
On the third Monday of the months April through November, we meet in Howard Hall at 6:00 for a potluck supper and fellowship event. We often have guest speakers on various interesting topics. All are welcome!
In consideration of our members who prefer NOT to drive when it is dark, we have concluded our programs for the winter. Please check back here in the spring for the 2010 programs listing.
Each year, under the leadership of Pastor Jim and Sue DeLeys, our seventh grade students embark on a year of study and mission activity in preparation for either Confirmation (for the Methodists) or Believer's Baptism (for the Baptists). Each student is paired with an adult sponsor, and together they explore what it means to be an active member of a Church Community and a Christian in our world today. This meaningful program truly prepares our youth to become full members of our church. It is a wonderful experience for the sponsors, too!
Browse through the many titles available in our church library on the second floor, just outside the elevator. Relax in a comfortable armchair, or sign out a book to take home.
The children's library is on the third floor by the Sunday school classrooms. There is also a cabinet of videos such as Veggie Tales that may be signed out.
