AGAPE Youth Covenant

I promise God and the members of AGAPE that I will strive to:

  • Nurture my relationship with God,
  • Deepen my commitment to the example and teaching of Jesus,
  • Respect the dignity and worth of all people, and
  • Respond to the needs of others as best I can.
  • I promise to be faithful in study, prayer, service and other spiritual practices I might choose to follow.
  • I will strive to fulfill these promises through our shared friendship and by the grace of God.

Mission of Youth Ministry

To place youth ministry within the context of spiritual formation with a commitment to:

  • Engaging youth in spiritual practice
  • Supporting the occurrence of a relationship with God
  • Fostering the enrichment of faith development
  • Openness and respect in addressing the challenges
    of a diverse society
  • Making a difference in surrounding communities
    by our support and involvement
